[xep-support] Vertical writing mode

Hello,

I am not able to obtain an effect described as case (1) in the section 7.29 at http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/, due to the fact that XEP does not support vertical writing modes (tb-lr, tb-rl). I have tried with the reference-orientation property, but again glyph-orientation properties (horizontal and vertical) are not supported, hence case (6) occurred. Could anybody help me, please?
