[xep-support] XEP Assistant Differences in XEPWin and XEP

Hello,

I am evaluating "XEP Desktop" and "XEPWin Desktop" and found that there 
are different versions of XEP Assistant:

XEPWin: XEP Assistant 1.0; no "Options" in menu bar
XEP: XEP 4.19 build 20110414 Assistant

Is there a way to get the "Options" in the XEPWin XEP Assistant menu? 
Are there more differences?
