[xep-support] MathML support

Hello,

I'm trying to convert a DocBook 5 file containing MathML elements to
pdf. Running a current xep 4.19 trial version on the generated fo
document generates an error about "Failed to create image
data:image/svg+xml...", and a pdf with a placeholder icon instead of the
desired math equation.

What is the state of MathML support in xep ?
