[xep-support] Space-before handling after spanned blocks

Dear All,

I have two-column content preceded with the title that is spread over both columns (block span="all").

The XSL-FO spec defines the two column areas after a span to be new reference areas, so that any space-before property on the first block in each column should be ignored, in both columns.

In XEP, however, the first space-before is retained so the first column content starts lower than that in the second column.

According to this post https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/docbook-apps/201206/msg00066.html this issue seems to be a known limitation.

Is there any schedule for fixing this?
