[xep-support] Unhandled exception: XEP.ConfigurationException: Unable to connect Cliser service

Hi,

I use XEPWin 4.18 and work with command line.
Lately sometimes I began to receive error messages:
"Unhandled exception: XEP.ConfigurationException: Unable to connect
Cliser service".
Message in system event log:
"EventType clr20r3, P1 xsldriver.exe, P2 1.0.3909.29697, P3 4c8f78d2,
P4 xep, P5 3.0.0.2, P6 4c8f78d0, P7 14, P8 14f, P9
xep.configurationexception, P10 NIL."
I start XEP from command line again and process ends successfully
(without rebooting or restarting Cliser service).

Some day XEP works fine, but next day can be 5-6 errors.

What reason can be ?
