[xep-support] Bookmarks - changes in default settings

Hello Everyone,

I've encounter changes in default settings between 4.18 and 4.19. While in the former version all bookmarks were collapsed, in the latter one they are expanded. I've found a special 'collapse-subtree' attribute in the XEP user guide which can control this behaviour for every bookmark, but is there any simple option which changes it globally?
