[xep-support] Error 1920. Service cliser (Cliser) failed to start.

Hi!

I try to install XEPWIn client on new XP workstation.
I have installed Framework 2.0, JVM build 1.6.0_25-b06.
When install xepwin setup displays message "Error 1920. Service cliser
(Cliser) failed to start."

I have administrator privileges and I selected license.xml on previous
screen.
What does mean  this message ?
