[xep-support] Index starting on odd page

Hi,

I am using the version of Renderx/XEP that comes with XMetaL Author Enterprise 6.0. In my modification of the DITA Open Toolkit, I want the first index page to be generated on an odd page.

The following line comes from the generated XSL-FO file:

<fo:page-sequence break-before="even-page" master-reference="index-sequence">

However, whether I specify break-before="odd-page" or break-before="even-page", no blank pages are generated before the index pages. I also tried to attach the break-before property to the first <fo:block> element of the index, but that does not have the desired effect either.

Perhaps I have a misunderstanding of the standard, or is there a shortcoming in XEP?
