[xep-support] starting Docbench Oxygen without batch file

I'm using Docbench with XEP 4.19 on Windows 7. Apparently the only way 
to start the version of Oxygen that comes with Docbench is to use the 
oxygen.bat file, which keeps a command window open for the duration of 
the Oxygen session. Is there a way to use Oxygen without this command 
window? My dedicated versions of Oxygen on other machines have an 
oxygen.exe file to invoke the program.
