[xep-support] Vertical placement of combining diacritic

Hi,

I need to use combining acute (U+0301) with Cyrillic letters. Acute is
displayed but it is positioned too high -- it looks like it is
positioned for upper-case letters not for lower-case.

Is this font issue or can this be controlled by XEP?

Result is really ugly and because it is Cyrillic I can't use precomposed
letters available in Unicode for Latin.
