[xep-support] XEP & XML Catalog support with Ant

According to the XEP User Guide, 5.3 it is necessary to use Apache's  
resolver to resolve a XML catalog.

As this seems to be included with Ant, which I'm using to render DITA  
content to FO, and then to PDF with XEP, do I actually need to do  
anything else?

I apologise if this seems like a daft or an obvious question to ask!
