[xep-support] Hyphenation Question

Hello everyone-

I would like to permit line breaks wherever a soft hyphen appears in the source XSL-FO document.  So naturally, I set hyphenate="true".  But this also causes XEP to inject additional hyphens according to the language's hyphenation patterns.

Is there a way to get one behavior without the other?  In other words, how can I allow breaks at *my* hyphens without letting XEP create its own hyphens?
