[xep-support] xep.xml confusion, new font

I've added a new font and I'm getting strange errors reported.

[error] file:/myjava/xep/xep.xml: 'font' element outside of
'font-family' ignored

Yet in my xep.xml file the model I've copied is from the commented out
examples?

<font-group xml:base="file://sgml/dbpubs/fonts/sabon/" label="Sabon"
embed="true">
  <font-famiy name="Sabon">
    <font style="normal">
      <font-data otf="SabonLTStd-Roman.otf"/>
    </font>
 </font-family>
</font-group>

I.e. the font element is within a font-family element...
the remainder of the file is untouched.

Suggestions please?
