[xep-support] Strange Error

Hi,
We're getting this error:

om.renderx.xep.lib.InternalException: more than one thread on a column span
boundary
at com.renderx.xep.fmt.MTF.WiEw(Unknown Source)
 at com.renderx.xep.fmt.MTF.process(Unknown Source)
at com.renderx.xep.cmp.Item$Endw.pass(Unknown Source)

It's a large package of documents so it's quite hard for us to isolate
exactly where it might be coming from.

Are you able to give us a clue as to what this means and what could cause
the error? Thanks.
