[xep-support] Odd error in validation

Parse error: Invalid XSL FO source 'file:/sgml/dbpubs/penguin/op.fo':
1 error found during validation


Yet a search of the fo file shows no such value, i.e. font-size=""

Is there some other value that would trigger this error?
