[xep-support] Inserting blank pages

I know that you can use force-page-count="x4" to get a page-sequence to
insert blank pages as needed to end on a page divisible by four.  But, what
if you have a document that is made up of multiple page sequences and you
just want blank pages inserted at the end so that the entire documents page
count is divisible by four?

Has anyone done this?
