Bastian, send an example please. It is probably that the image is shifted
down by the baseline of the text.
You can send directly to me with description and what you wish to accomplish
and I will take care of it.

you are very fast. But content-width="scale-down-to-fit" and
content-height="scale-down-to-fit" give me the same result: The image is
scaled, but the following text is going on at 40mm.
And: Yes, I´m using the latest version 4.19
Any other suggestions how I can solve this?
