Hello David, Ken,
thanks for your help.
@David: Both <fo:inline/> or zero-width-space (or half-spave, or <fo:leader/> is working. I try this several times and never get a good result.
@Ken: I send this issue to the support-team of RenderX, maybe they found something in their code

BUT: I solved it anyway: I gave both leader-tags the attribute leader-length.optimum="1pt" and after that it was working.
