[xep-support] SVG graphics and PDF/X-1a compliance

I am trying to create a PDF document that is PDF/X-1a compliant.  The 
problem is that when I preflight the document I get errors on all of the 
SVG graphics in the document because they have transparency.  Does anyone 
know if there is a way to eliminate this transparency, or to somehow have 
XEP create a "flattened" PDF?
