That triggers on 'only'
Stefan wanted it to trigger on last I believe. IMHO only is the correct trigger
here.



Minor aside, your relax NG schema shows your file as being invalid?
The page-position value of 'only' isn't accepted, even though it is correct..


file basic_properties.rnc

page-position.attr = attribute page-position {
    "first" | "last" | "rest" | "any" | "inherit" | expr.datatype
   }

only is missing?
