thanx for the hint. this helped identifing the problem.

one of the hyphen files contained a \message line

adding a % got rid of this warning.

Hello Gerald,

This message comes from a code that reads TeX hyphenation tables. I've
never seen it triggered, so I suppose you have custom tables/languages
configured. I'd appreciate if you could send a small example (at least
the custom table itself) to support at renderx.com.
