[xep-support] Replace straight apostrophe with curly apostrophe

based on your writing below, it appears you have some application that is
serving up PDFs ... in fact, it could be splitting them.

If so, please send me the exact PDF (whole) and the PDf that results from
the URL saved to your disk.

We can check your splitter to see if it is doing things acceptably.
