[xep-support] Replace straight apostrophe with curly apostrophe

like text()[ancestor::node()='computeroutput']

As Paul, I very interesting about this kind of transformation. But I don't
want to change every single quote into curtly quote.

In fact in my docs some single quote must stay single quote. This case only
between <litteral> or <computeroutput> tags.

Did you have an idea ?
