[xep-support] PDF BoundingBox attribute ignored

XEP 4.17: We're noticing that the BoundingBox attribute in the PDF  
files is getting ignored resulting in graphics being interpreted as  
too large and unable to be rendered. This appeared fixed in XEP 3.2.3.  
The PDF files are generated from Illustrator.
