dear all,when using a pdf image in an fo, a previous version of xep (4.3)
was perfectly happy and produced good output.
however, in a later version of xep (4.16), the pdf output produced is
problematic.

when opening the output pdf, an error states:
"An error exists on this page. Acroboat may not display the page correctly.
Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the
problem"

anyone know what this means?
