[xep-support] font issue

dear support,
i am using a font, and get this error. not sure what it means. the font
seems to work perfectly well with other applications.

  [error] Cannot output subset for Type 1 font
'file:../xepfonts4/fordtype1fonts/LT_20968.pfb', the font is broken
    [error] java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""
    [error] Cannot output subset for Type 1 font
'file:../xepfonts4/fordtype1fonts/LT_20967.pfb', the font is broken
    [error] java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

can you advise what the issue is?
