Thanks for all the info Kevin. Very useful.
I keep meaning to work some more on my xsl-fo book, I think this would
make a good chapter!  It is certainly a new area for xsl-fo

I've been 'ill' (colitis) last 12 months, currently waiting for an
operation in October.
Perhaps when I'm over all that I'll come back to you and see if I can
put some time in!


I do tend  to agree with you on Adobe issues.
I wonder if they will go 'too far', and someone else will provide what
they are locking out.
