[xep-support] Processing instructions

Hi Mar,

Try to use
<xsl:processing-instruction 
name="xep-pdf-initial-zoom">100%</xsl:processing-instruction>
in the XSL file.
The best place to insert processing instuction is just before fo:root 
element.
