[xep-support] DiType-based web services

This reminds me to ask the question - what's going on with DiType? Is
it being groomed to replace XEP? Is it supposed to be a similar
product with different use cases? Is it ready for the real world?
Are there things it does better than XEP? Worse?

I know about the blog (http://moin.renderx.com/rxwiki/), but, to be
honest, that's more tantalizing than useful.
