[xep-support] xep issues with svg text

The svg file in the following download link has an issue with the text
in the image when using XEP to generate a pdf.  The svg file appears
properly in
Inkscape (svg editor), and also when using Batik to generate a png
from the svg file.  With XEP, the text loses all formatting, and is
squashed together as shown in the attached pdf.

Has anybody else seen similar XEP bugs?
