[xep-support] Arabic text differ in XEP 3 and 4.

Hi,

I have a problem with Arabic text in XEP 4. For what I know my example work in 
XEP 3.7 but when using XEP 4.11 the text is not correct. I have attached an 
example. Has there been any changes in how this work?
