[xep-support] soft page breaks

Is it possible to insert soft page breaks in DITA XML and will the
breaks be respected in the final PDF ?
 
What I am thinking of is sometimes you don't want a paragraph to be
split by a page break - if it does not have enough room, then it should
be moved to the next page.
 
I know in DocBook you can insert a <dbfo-need height="Xcm"> processing
instruction into the XML source. Is there something similar for DITA ?
 
....on a related note - does anyone know where I can find a list of
valid processing instructions that can be used in DITA XML ?
