[xep-support] Fairly urgent question about font encoding of Base 14 fonts

Alexei,

MANY, MANY thanks for this excellent explanation.  I believe that I 
understand this coding issue well enough to explain it (in just 
enough detail) to ISO so they will quit worrying about it.  I am very 
grateful to you for taking the time to write such a detailed explanation.
