[xep-support] XEP - 64-Bit Windows 2003 Server

Hi,
I want to install XEP on a 64-Bit Windows-Server. 

 1.) Is there a 64-Bit Version of XEP? 
 2.)  Do I have to use a 64 bit version of XEP or can I also use a 64
bit java VM?
