Sorry, Steve, it is only XSL-FO and not XSLT.  I touch lightly on 
XSL-FO 1.1 issues, as the core group of students have only asked for 
XSL-FO 1.0 issues.  The class was opened to the public but the 
content is still as specified for the core group.

I hope this helps.  I've responded to the list so that list readers 
are not confused on what exactly is being offered.
