[xep-support] xi:including a large text file results in an XEP crash

I am adding a new chapter and a new appendix to
http://groups.google.com/group/mmade/web/Engineering_Optimization.pdf

The content of the appendix is

The text file being included is

http://engineering-optimization.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/EngineeringOptimization/Documentation/PR4/PR4.m

It doesn't matter if I use a different appendix, whenever I include a
programlisting with a lot of text (even by using multiple xi:includes
of a smaller text file inside one programlisting) XEP will crash at
the end of the
      [xep] (generate
      [xep] [output-format pdf]
step after all page numbers have been listed with the error
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException.
