[xep-support] Generating PDF, Embedding all fonts

How do I create and use a XEP configuration file, that uses the  
version of the
standard fonts distributed with Mac OS X Leopard.
No matter what I try, the preflight option in acrobat wil show that  
fonts are not embedded
