[xep-support] XMLSpy 2007 -- XEP 4.5 Integration

I have been using XEP with XMLSpy for several years with no problems.
Around the time that I upgraded to XMLSpy 2007, the integration with XEP 4.5
broke down.  My symptom is that when I try to run an FO transformation I get
the following error message:

 

--- Standard Error ---

The system cannot find the path specified.

 

This is probably a simple problem.  But, I don't seem to be finding it.  Any
advice will be greatly appreciated.
