[xep-support] Linefeed normalization

Hi. The XEP docs (in the section about the Line Breaking Algorithm) 
mention the option of linefeed normalization; however, there is no 
indication anywhere in the documentation as to whether this 
normalization is or is not performed by default. From my test it seems 
that it is not performed. Is this correct, and, if so, how can it be 
turned on?
