[xep-support] About Docbook V5b8 and SVG

Hello,

I just try today to use DocBook V5b8 with a SVG.
Inside my SVG statement, I made a definition (in fact I found it) to  
make a drop shadow.

With FOP the drop shadow is make but the quality is not really good.
With XEP, the quality is ok but the drop is not present.

Is it a bug in may SVG or in XEP ?
