[xep-support] aligning text in two blocks or columns

Doesn'nt this land us back in all the HTML horrors of using <table> 
to achieve formatting.  Use <table> to produce tables - consider 
machine searching XMl to extract tables, what output is required? not 
assorted text which happened to have been formatted as a table.
