[xep-support] embedding fonts in PDF -- adding embed="true" seems not to work for base fonts!

1) One expects base 14 fonts to be rendered by default; this is what makes
PDF both compact and "portable".
2) Preparing a font collection with good quality and clean licensing is a
job; and the job is yet to be done by RenderX.
