[xep-support] NPE during invoking XEP

This seems to be problem. If I configure Formatter with

props.setProperty("CONFIG", 
"c:\\tomcat\\webapps\\XEPServlet\\WEB-INF\\classes\\xep.xml");

then everything works OK. But when I specify relative path to xep.xml as

props.setProperty("CONFIG", "resource:xep.xml");

I get the previously mentioned NPE. Hmmm. >:-(
Any ideas?
