[xep-support] No space for element

Hi,

I have a nice block which has a border around it and don't really want it to
span columns or pages.
If the content of the box gets a bit long and will not fit into a single
column I would like the box to appear as if no keep-together had been
specified.
However when this happens I get a strange result (see PDF).

Why does it do this? Is it the correct behaviour?
