[xep-support] xml catalog doesn't work

Hi.

Using a xml catalog with the 2 lines:
...
<rewriteURI 
uriStartString="http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/" 
rewritePrefix="./images/"/>
<rewriteSystem 
systemIdStartString="http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/" 
rewritePrefix="./images/"/>
...
doesn't work.
Rendering a fo file with ... 
background-image="url(http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/images/draft.png)" 
... still needs internet connection.
I have set the catalog resolver programatically with FOTransformer 
<com/renderx/xep/FOTransformer.html>.|*setURIResolver 
<../../../com/renderx/xep/FOTransformer.html#setURIResolver%28javax.xml.transform.URIResolver%29>().
The same catalog file works fine with other renderers. (like fop)
