[xep-support] XEP logging under Cocoon/Tomcat

Hi there,

We're running XEP under Tomcat and Cocoon, and noticing that the output 
information messages from every XEP operation are logged in the Tomcat 
log file (catalina.out). We'd like to suppress this; if possible, we'd 
like to log problems/errors but not the output from normal successful 
operations. How would we do that?
