[xep-support] XEP + J2EE

Hello,
For a proof of concept demo, I need to connect a J2EE app to XEP.
I have a licence of DocBench.
Can I connect to my XEP  lib (of my docbench)  with a demo connector ?
For the futur, if I buy the XEP Server, do I need to buy the J2EE 
connector or is it included ?
Is a free version of the connector existing ? for the personal use 
edition ? I don't want to sell the pdf but the concept, the client will 
buy his own XEP server.
