[xep-support] Problems with ActiXEP

Hello Patrick,

This is a bug. ActiXEP accepts an empty string as a path of  
stylesheet. This happens when you add stylesheet to the rule and then  
delete it. To avoid this don't modify stylesheet field of those rules  
which don't require stylesheet.
