Hello Francois.
 
Unfortunately, files you sent don't illustrate the problem you described
before (line 678 of elementStructure.xsl). WordML2FO stylesheets support
lists processing although there are some limitations on this. Please
refer WordML2FO user documentation for more details. 
To have lists rendered properly in your files, you should specify in
WordML for list items of first level: "Bullets and Numbering" -
"Customize" - "Aligned at:", "Tab space after:" and "Indent at:" by
"0,63 cm", "1,3 cm" and "1,27 cm" values accordingly, for list items of
second level - "1,9 cm", "2,6 cm" and "2,54 cm" values accordingly, and
for list items of third level - "3,49 cm", "3,9 cm" and "3,81 cm" values
accordingly.
