[xep-support] devkit-4.8-20061128 missing java files?

Thanks for pointing this out. My fault (broken build).
I have temporarily rolled back the devkit zip file in the web shop down 
to 4.7-20060908, so that others don't get confused. Will fix it and 
upload back in a day. Sorry for inconvenience.

Meanwhile, you may safely continue working with the Cocoon connector 
from devkit 4.7, since there were no changes in this component in 4.8.
